Dear Casey,
I think it's great that you communicated your feelings to your father. If he gets mad at you for getting out of your house and using his computer let me know and I'll knock him back in line.
You're right, he should play with you more and the snow is no excuse not to take you for walks and out to the park. I'm afraid he's just going to have to suck it up. As for the poopsicles, tell your father I gave you permission to poop in the house if he can't keep the backyard clean for you. Don't do it on the carpet though, that's just gross.
As far as jumping up on people goes you're just going to have to learn to control yourself. It's not appropriate to jump up on people like that. Some people are intimidated by dogs, and others just don't want your paws and fur on their black pants (especially the gay people.)
