It's such a pleasure to enjoy the autumn color in Kansas City, knowing that I don't have to rake a single fucking leaf! After 30 years of dealing with giant pin oaks and their detritus, I'm free at last. Condo living has its benefits.
Of course, being rich enough to live in Fairway has its benefits also. ;>)
